PLANT CARE PLUS PROGRAM
Keystone Tree Expert's Plant Care Plus Program is a highly specialized and unique program that is particularly suited to Home Owner Associations (HOA) and property management companies. It provides them with optimal quality tree/shrub care for their properties while saving them time and money. Keystone provides knowledgeable, courteous and efficient staff to care for the trees and shrubs by routine monitoring, inspection and on-call assistance for all of the trees and shrubs on the property. Having one arborist care for the trees and shrubs on a condominium property is vital, enabling him to know the history of the trees, past treatments, problem areas and potential hazardous conditions. It is also reassuring for the residents to see a familiar face around the complex and to know that their trees and shrubs are in good hands. We understand the beauty and aesthetic appeal healthy trees and shrubs add to the landscape. We also know that each tree is unique and requires individual attention and monitoring with regards to pruning, fertilization and pest treatment.

How will HOA's and management companies save money?

Keystone Tree Experts utilizes the most advanced practices in arboriculture today...Plant Health Care programs. These programs stress the importance of knowing the history of the plants, monitoring them for potential problems and treating ONLY when necessary. This avoids the common problem of "overspraying" for pests or spraying all plants every year, at the same time, regardless of insect presence. This problem may be accentuated in a condominuim complex where there are a large number of residents living in a fairly congested area which includes playgrounds, recreation areas, etc. Keystone Tree Experts treats the trees/shrubs only when necessary and then with the safest and most efficient materials and methods. This decreases resident complaints and saves time and money.

KEYSTONE TREE EXPERTS' PLANT CARE PLUS...

The first phase of our program consists of identifying the trees and shrubs and determining their needs. Next, a property examination is conducted to determine exactly which trees and shrubs need to be treated and when. A customized proposal outlining our recommendations and costs is provided.

The second phase utilizes our professional staff and equipment to implement the treatment schedule developed in the first phase.

The third phase is what sets us apart from all other tree care companies. We walk through the grounds several times a year to determine the health of your trees and shrubs and to update and monitor the effectiveness of our treatments. Spot treatments of specific problems are made at this time. We also determine the usefulness or inappropriateness of trees in specific locations. When needed, we will provide your members with annual arborist reports that specify the trees that need pruning, deep-root fertilization or removal due to potential hazard conditions. Our Certified Arborists are available as needed to address any specific concerns relating to tree/shrub care which require immediate attention.
